November 2012 Pattern Mart Survey

First, log in to your Pattern Mart account at the following link: http://www.patternmart.com/login.php. Then drop by http://www.patternmart.com/survey.php to take the November survey. Once you have answered the questions, you will be able to download a free pattern offered by the survey sponsor. If the download fails for some reason, it will be waiting for you in your Pattern Mart account since you logged in prior to taking the survey.
